Operational Administrator

The Vacancy

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Evening Operational Administrator to support Efrets logistics operations and ensure the smooth flow of shipments overnight. Working within a fast-paced international supply chain environment, you will play a vital role in maintaining operational continuity between day and night teams. Youll independently monitor live shipments, resolve issues in real time, and collaborate with hauliers, drivers and clients across Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in logistics, transport operations and international supply chains.

Shift pattern: 21:30 06:00, 5 days per week (including rotating weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipments in transit, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Identify, report and help prevent operational delays
• Handle customs processes (e.g. GMR, ENS, ELO)
• Liaise with hauliers, drivers and clients across multiple regions
• Complete ad hoc load bookings and transport orders
• Generate internal reports and maintain accurate system updates
• Log incidents and support escalation of operational risks
• Carry out administrative tasks to support the day shift team

What Were Looking For:

• 2-3 years experience in logistics or transport operations
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, transport regulations and trucking operations
• Confident using Transport Management Systems and tracking tools
• Excellent attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills
• Ability to work independently within a shift-based environment
• Strong communication skills for working with international stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving ability and confident decision-making under pressure
• Proficiency in Excel and supply chain tracking systems
• A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is preferred
• Multilingual skills (English plus another European language) are advantageous
