Education Required

Diploma / Degree in Machine/ Production.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Work closely with the Management Team to set and implement organizational goals.

Oversee cross-functional projects and ensure departmental alignment.

Frequent collaborations with teams and rigorously track goal progress

Regular leadership reporting

Support & Advisory

Provide input and support to the all-department team. Serve as a sounding board and strategic advisor, based on the data analytics and market scenario

Prepare agendas and reports.

Operational Excellence

Optimise internal processes for greater efficiency and informed decision-making

Oversee special projects and high-priority initiatives from start to finish

Support communication between the executive team and the wider organization

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in EPC / Project

Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive leadership
