Operation Program Manager

Position Name: Operation Program Management (OPM)

Reporting To: OPM Lead

Grade Band: Associate

Experience: 2-5 years

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E Graduate degree in ME, EE, ECE, E&I

MBA/PMP/Six Sigma Preferred

Technical Skills:

• Should be able to Coordinate Sync-up and Wrap-up meetings with Agenda and Audience (Internal/External)
• Should be able to develop Build plan based on client build goals & drive CFT based on the schedule
• Should be able to Track the 4M readiness with respect to the program schedule & perform risk analysis and Mitigation plan
• Should be able to track plan vs actual based on the program micro schedule shift wise by working with CFT
• Should be able to prepare and adjust build matrix as per build plan.
• Should be responsible for cost claims & cost reductions in build.
• Should be able to Track Input, Output, WIP (Repair WIP included) w/ explanation of RCCA in case of issues (real time and reporting wise)
• Should be able analyse & escalate mitigate build blocker on time based on escalation matrix to meet the build timeline.
• EMS Industry experience is highly preferrably.

Tool Skills:

1. Proficiency in project management and productivity tools

2. Excel/Google Sheets for budgeting and data analytics (ability to create KPI dashboards)

3. High proficiency in standard MS Office software for reporting
