Responsibilities:

Compliance Management

• Handle company compliances such as Trade License and Shops & Establishment.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all compliance activities.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with 10-15 Regular vendors for ongoing operational needs.
• Obtain and compare quotations.

Infrastructure & Facility Management

• Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure.

Asset & Equipment maintenance

• Schedule and track servicing for: Company Car, Bike, Generator.

Project & Expansion Support

• Assist in operational setup for new projects (e.g, New Office spaces).
• Support execution of new infrastructure work.
