JOB Description:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/Customers for the flawless execution of projects.
- The OpenText PowerDocs Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining PowerDocs templates used for document automation and enterprise content management.
- Have knowledge on different stages of enterprise content management solution.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with the on-site team and clients to provide suggestions and resolutions for technical issues.
- Be able to execute test cases and maintain good quality deliverables and ensure adherence to best design and coding standards.
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Have Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
