Experience: 8-12 years of experience in distributed systems, data platforms, or cloud-native architecture

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate open-source alternatives to licensed enterprise platforms.
• Design reference architecture and deployment models for the new platform ecosystem.
• Lead technical proof-of-concepts and validate scalability and performance before production rollout.
• Build Kubernetes-based data platform

Required skills:

Platform Design:

• Expertise in designing and implementing distributed data platforms.
• Understanding of open-source ecosystems and evaluation of community maturity.

Cloud native technologies:

• Strong experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Experience designing scalable and resilient cloud-native applications.

Evaluation & Benchmarking:

• Ability to conduct proof-of-concepts and performance benchmarking.
• Experience comparing enterprise platforms with open-source alternatives.
