Onsite Coordinator : Bus Program

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Integration and Program Delivery professional to lead end-to-end commercial vehicle development programs for buses. The ideal candidate will possess strong vehicle-level engineering expertise, proven experience in cross-functional integration, and a successful track record of delivering complete vehicle programs from concept through production.

Experience - 10+ Year

Program Leadership & Delive

• Lead complete vehicle development programs for Bus platforms from concept, design, validation, and industrialization through production suppor
• Own program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery against customer milestone
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Drive program governance, reviews, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational quality processes

Vehicle Integration

• Lead vehicle-level integration activities across all engineering domain
• Ensure seamless integration with sub system know how like Chassis Systems, Cabin & BIW, Powertrain, Suspension, Steering Systems, Braking Systems, Electrical & Electronics, HVAC, Interiors, Vehicle Packaging
• Manage interface definitions and integration issues between subsystem
• Conduct vehicle-level design reviews and integration assessment
• Drive resolution of cross-functional engineering conflict

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary engineering team
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirement
• Support architecture definition, system engineering activities, and vehicle performance target
• Lead engineering change management and configuration control activities

Customer Management

• Act as the primary technical interface for customer program team
• Present project status, risks, mitigation plans, and technical solution
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growt
• Support proposal preparation, technical discussions, and project estimation

Required Technical Competencies

Vehicle Engineering

• Strong understanding of complete vehicle architecture and systems integration
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial vehicle (Bus) development processes
• Expertise in vehicle packaging, system interfaces, and vehicle-level performance requirements
• Understanding of chassis, body, powertrain, electrical, and vehicle dynamics systems
