Job Description

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Onos Workforce Management (WFM) platform.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.

Configure and customize workforce scheduling, forecasting, and time management modules.

Develop and maintain integrations with HR systems, payroll, ERP, and third-party applications.

Build and optimize APIs, interfaces, and data pipelines for seamless data flow.

Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Support data migration, validation, and system reconciliation activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents.

Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end WFM solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and user guides.

Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities.
