Role Description

To extract voter data from PDF to Excel, a person needs to download electoral roll PDFs, identify whether they are text-based or scanned, and use PDF tools or OCR to convert them into usable data. They must accurately extract voter details like name, voter ID, age, gender, and address, then clean and structure the data in Excel booth-wise. Key skills include strong Excel knowledge, basic OCR and PDF handling, high attention to detail, and the ability to read both Tamil and English. Good data validation skills are essential to match booth totals and avoid errors, as this data is later used for booth analysis, voter targeting, and election purpose

Qualifications

• Proficiency in OCR tools, text extraction, and document processing
• Experience with PDF cleaning, optimizing, and managing document quality
• Knowledge of automation tools and processes for scaling workflows
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data extraction
