1 Role** Observability Engineer with ELK skills

2 Required Technical Skill Set** Observability Engineer with ELK skills

3 Desired Experience Range** 6 to 10Yrs

4 Location of Requirement -Chennai

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Strong hands-on experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

Proficient in log ingestion, parsing, indexing, and visualization

Experience with distributed systems, Linux, and networking fundamentals

Scripting skills in Python / Shell

Hands-on with monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting production issues

Experience integrating ELK with cloud platforms (AWS)

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Experience with Beats (Filebeat, Metricbeat, Heartbeat)

Exposure to Open Telemetry, APM tools, or Prometheus/Grafana

Knowledge of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)

CI/CD integration and DevOps/SRE practices

Basic knowledge of security logging and SIEM concepts

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Design, develop, and maintain observability solutions using ELK Stack

Build scalable log pipelines and dashboards for operational insights

Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis

Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams for issue resolution

Optimize search performance, storage, and data retention

Ensure high availability and reliability of observability platforms
