Job Description
The role will focus on managing urgent On Board Courier / Hand Carry shipments, from quotation to final delivery. The candidate will be responsible for checking flight options, coordinating couriers, monitoring live missions, updating clients and supporting time-critical logistics operations.
Main Responsibilities
Manage OBC / Hand Carry requests from quotation to delivery
Check flight options, routing, timings and courier availability
Coordinate couriers, airlines, clients and local agents
Monitor live shipments and provide clear updates
Support urgent and time-critical logistics operations
Work with international teams across different time zones
Requirements
Previous experience in OBC / Hand Carry operations is mandatory
Strong knowledge of urgent logistics and airline routing
Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical shipments
Good communication skills in English
Flexible approach and problem-solving mindset
Availability to support urgent requests when required
Important Note
Only candidates with proven experience in OBC / Hand Carry operations will be considered. Applications without direct OBC experience will not be reviewed.
