About the Role

Were looking for a Clinical Nutritionist / Dietician who can blend strong clinical expertise with client conversion skills to drive enrollments into our womens health programs.

In this role youll play a key part in guiding potential clients from discovery to commitment, while delivering meaningful health outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Conduct initial consultations and scheduled follow-ups
• Convert consultations and leads into program enrollments through trust-based conversations
• Clearly communicate program value, outcomes, and structure to prospective clients
• Handle objections and guide decision-making with empathy and clarity
• Collaborate with team to improve conversion rates and client experience
• Maintain basic tracking of leads, conversions, and follow-ups

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Clinical Nutrition
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills (ability to convert without being pushy)
• 14 years of practical counselling experience, preferably in womens health, hormonal health, or metabolic health.
• Relevant certifications and professional registration are preferred
• Demonstrated success in client outcomes + enrollments/conversions is a strong plus
