Key Responsibilities

• Assist nurses infinding and applying for jobs in the UKthrough:
• TRAC Jobs portal
• NHS Trust websites
• Private healthcare employer portals
• Guide candidates in:
• Creating and optimisingTRAC profiles
• CV and application form preparation
• Provideinterview preparation and mock interviews
• Offerend-to-end support:
• From profile creation
• Job applications
• Interview readiness
• Until successful job placement
• Mentor nurses onUK healthcare standards, expectations, and interview behaviour
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing registration (UK or overseas)
• Previous experience as:
• Nursing tutor / instructor
• Clinical educator
• UK recruitment support / trainer (highly preferred)
• Teaching or mentoring experience is a strong advantage
