Role: NPD Professional (Project-Based)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Karnataka
About the Role We are seeking a hands-on culinary expert to develop and launch crave-worthy items for our fast-paced QSR environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize new recipes specifically for Bowls, Burgers, and Waffles/Desserts.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from initial kitchen trials to final recipe lock.
- Ensure all concepts are highly scalable and engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens.
- Integrate finalized products directly into our live business menus.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in Food NPD, with a strong track record in Bowls, Burgers, or Desserts.
- Deep understanding of QSR operations, kitchen process flow, and food cost optimization.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, standardized recipes within the 3-month project timeline.
