New Product Development Engineer

Roles and responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in CATIA V5/V6; experience with CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) is an added advantage.
• Experience in at least one completed New Product Development (NPD) project.
• Hands-on expertise in design and development of automotive interior components (Hard trims, Door trims, Instrument panels, and consoles).
• Solid understanding of product design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in GD&T with hands-on experience in creating 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Ability to independently handle components and interior commodity design responsibilities.
• Capable of analysing requirements and developing designs in line with established design rules and standards.
• Strong team player with flexibility to adapt to dynamic work requirements across different streams.
• Willingness to work in challenging and fast-paced environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product design, enhancing performance and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

• B.E Mechanical/Automotive/Production/Plastic
• Understanding of production processes and quality standards.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
