Networking Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead with strong expertise in Cisco and Aruba technologies. The role involves solution evaluation and end-to-end delivery of enterprise networking and security projects, including SDN-based infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evaluation, and implementation of enterprise networking and security solutions:

a) Routing & Switching

b) Wireless Networks

c) Network Access Control (NAC) Cisco ISE & Aruba ClearPass

d) Cisco DNAC (Software-Defined Access)

e) Cisco FTD Firewall (Firepower Threat Defense)

• Architect and deliver Software-Defined & Data Center Infrastructure:

a) Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)

b) Aruba SDN / Fabric solutions (Aruba CX, EVPN-VXLAN, Aruba Central)

• Work closely with Sales and Presales teams to Participate in customer meetings and technical presentations.
• Define and execute technical delivery strategy for:

a) New implementations

b) Network refresh

c) Migration and transformation projects

• Collaborate with Pan India technical teams for execution and governance
• Provide L3-level support and act as escalation point for complex issues
• Ensure adherence to best practices, SOPs, and design standards
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in:

a) Cisco & Aruba Routing and Switching

b) Enterprise Wireless (Cisco & Aruba)

c) NAC: Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass

d) Cisco DNAC

e) Cisco FTD Firewall (policy configuration, VPN, IPS, URL filtering)

• Expertise in SDN & Data Center Networking:

a) Cisco ACI (multi-tenant architecture, contracts, policies)

b) EVPN-VXLAN fabric design and deployment

c) Aruba CX-based fabric / Aruba Central

• Experience in enterprise network security integration
• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise implementations, refresh, and migration projects
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Certifications (Mandatory):

• Cisco Certifications:

a) CCNP / CCIE (Enterprise / Data Center / Security preferred)

• Aruba Certifications:

a) ACMP / ACDX / ACMX (or equivalent advanced certification)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
