Job Description

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching across Layer 2/3 environments.

Configure manage Aruba Wireless solutions including Mobility Controllers, Access Points, and ClearPass.

Configure and manage Cisco WLC platforms, handle AP onboarding, and optimize overall WLAN performance.

Diagnose wireless issues such as connectivity failures, poor coverage, client drops, and roaming challenges.

Address authentication problems related to 802.1X, Radius, ClearPass, and Cisco ISE.

Identify and resolve RF concerns including interference, weak signal strength, and improper channel/power settings.

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance issues like latency, packet loss, and unstable links.

Utilize monitoring systems, logs, and CLI tools to perform deep fault analysis and root cause identification.

Execute changes, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure continuous improvement of network infrastructure.

Participate in client-facing bridge (TB) calls during major incidents to provide technical support and updates.

Conduct RCA, implement corrective measures, and keep stakeholders informed.

Maintain up-to-date configuration records, network diagrams, and operational documentation.

Perform planned changes, upgrades, and migrations in alignment with ITIL processes.
