Network Support Engineer

Join our team as aNetwork Support Engineerwhere you'll provide technical support and maintenance for MDU Wi-Fi infrastructure. You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of networking equipment, servers, and Wi-Fi solutions for large residential and commercial complexes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for configuring and maintaining networking devices such asCisco routers,Peplink devices, andRuckus access points.
• Support the setup and management ofDHCPandDNSservers to handle large-scale networks.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and networking issues, from connectivity problems to server-related concerns.
• Manage and monitor Wi-Fi network performance using tools likeSolarWindsandNagios.
• Ensure thatnetwork securitymeasures are in place, including configuringVPNs,VLANs, and secure Wi-Fi access protocols.
• Update firmware and software for networking equipment, ensuring security patches are applied promptly.
• Useticketing tools(e.g.,Jira,Zoho,ServiceNow) for logging and tracking network incidents, service requests, and escalations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience innetwork supportoradministration, particularly withCisco,Peplink, andRuckusequipment.
• Experience working withDHCP,DNS, andAAAservices.
• Knowledge of basicserver management, Windows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with network performance and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Experience withWi-Fi securityand optimization, includingWPA3and802.1X authentication.
• Experience withticketing toolslikeZoho,ServiceNow, orJirato track service tickets and network issues.
