Position Network Specialist
Experience - 15+ Years
Work Mode - Hybrid
Location - Pune
Job Type - Permanent Role on Direct Payroll of Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of global network infrastructure with a focus on security and availability
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, and cloud connectivity
- Manage and optimize networks across multiple countries
- Work with vendors like Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto
- Troubleshoot complex network and security issues
- Define global standards, templates, and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Train and mentor internal colleagues
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in network administration and architecture
- Experience with large, complex global networks
- Knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, cloud connectivity
- Exposure to SD-WAN, SD-Access, IP-Transit, IPv6 (preferred)
- Ability to centrally configure diverse network devices
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proactive, structured, and autonomous working style
