Job Summary:

The Network & Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organizations network infrastructure and ensuring robust security across systems. This role involves managing LAN/WAN/VPN environments, monitoring security threats, implementing security controls, and leading a team to maintain high availability and data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain global LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices
• Oversee implementation and management of network security systems
• Lead and supervise daily network operations and security activities
• Implement and manage security tools such as IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security solutions
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning
• Monitor network performance and resolve incidents in a timely manner
• Ensure network security compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for upgrades and improvements
• Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans
• Support business continuity and incident response planning
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 58 years of experience in network and security management
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and security frameworks
• Experience in handling enterprise-level network infrastructure
• Good leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISSP (preferred)
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
