Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software or infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor network traffic and application performance.
• Support customers through technical consulting and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
