Role: network security engineer
Experience: 6+ years
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Fortinet firewall platforms (e.g. FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer).
- Plan and execute firewall patching, firmware upgrades, and vulnerability remediation in line with change and release processes.
- Monitor firewall health, performance, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Implement, review, and maintain firewall policies, NAT rules, and routing configurations in accordance with security standards.
- Support incident response and problem management activities relating to network security events.
- Support Fortinet firewalls deployed in cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and OCI.
