What you'll do

Provide post-deployment technical support for ColorTokens Xshield microsegmentation across enterprise client environments. You're the first responder when a client reports an issue -agent offline, assets not showing in the platform, policies not enforcing correctly, or application connectivity breaking after a configuration change.

Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting misconfigurations, identifying why something isn't behaving as expected, walking the client through the resolution, and documenting the fix. You'll follow standard operating procedures for common issues, but you'll also need the judgment to recognize when a problem is beyond misconfiguration and escalate to L3 (product bug territory).

You are client-facing. You respond to client emails and messages directly. When a bank's security team calls because their production application stopped working after a policy change, you're the one who answers, diagnoses, and resolves. Your communication has to be calm, clear, and professional even when the client is stressed.

What we need

• 2-4 years in network security, cybersecurity support, or IT infrastructure operations
• Networking fundamentals you understand how firewalls work, how traffic flows between networks, what VLANs and subnets are, and how to read basic network diagrams. When someone says "my application can't reach the database server after segmentation," you know where to start troubleshooting
• Windows and Linux troubleshooting you can investigate OS-level issues, check service status, review logs, and identify where a configuration is wrong
• Client-facing communication you'll be responding to CISOs' teams, network engineers, and IT managers at major banks and enterprises. You write clear emails, explain technical issues in simple language, and follow up until the issue is resolved
• Methodical troubleshooting approach you follow a structured process to diagnose problems rather than guessing. You document what you find and what you did to fix it
• Eagerness to learn we'll train you extensively on ColorTokens Xshield platform. You need the foundational security and networking knowledge to absorb the training quickly
• Based in Mumbai

What you'll learn on the job: ColorTokens Xshield platform architecture, microsegmentation policy design and troubleshooting, agent lifecycle management, cloud security basics (AWS, Azure workload protection), and enterprise security operations practices.

Must have: Experience on L1/L2/L3 support for network security tools.

Certifications (preferred, not mandatory): CCNA | CompTIA Security+ | CompTIA Network+ | any firewall vendor certification
