Role: Cyber Security Engineer L3 and Team Leads

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage security architectures focusing on SSE, SASE, and Identity Management solutions.
Operate and maintain security tools and platforms, including XDR systems and SOC environments.
Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a robust security posture.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Provide training and support to team members and other departments on security best practices.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures with existing infrastructure.
Lead cybersecurity projects and guide junior team members in complex security setups and troubleshooting.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports regarding the companys security status.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar are highly preferred.
Proven experience in cybersecurity roles with expertise in SSE, SASE, Identity Management, XDR, and SOC operations.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, encryption technologies, and security vulnerabilities.
Experience with cloud security architectures and hybrid environments.
Proficient in incident handling, malware analysis, and forensic approaches.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English for both verbal and written communication.
