Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage network operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability of IT and telecom infrastructure.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve incidents, outages, and service interruptions.
Log, track, and update tickets related to network faults, performance issues, and maintenance activities.
Maintain NOC dashboards, reports, and documentation of incidents, escalations, and resolutions.
Assist in preventive maintenance, and compliance with operational standards.
Generate daily/weekly MIS reports, network performance summaries, and escalation logs.

Requirements:

Graduate in IT, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field.
Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and monitoring tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
