Job Description
Qualifications:
1.Bachelors Degree with 1-2 years experience in Telecom Service migrations, Telecom, or related field.
2.Strong understanding of network connectivity products (Voice, VPN, IP, Ethernet, Waves).
3.Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, R4, CLM/Adobe Sign.
4.Prior experience in telecom or enterprise network service providers.
Responsibilities:
1. Migration Planning
Support the creation of an integrated migration plan, outlining phases, timelines, RACI, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and gate criteria.
Ensure all migration activities follow enterprise change management guidelines and operational readiness standards.
2. Data Migration & Quality Assurance
Contribute to the preparation of data migration deliverables, such as:
o Data dictionaries
o Data extraction specifications (fields, format, frequency)
o Data quality checks and cleansing activities
o Reconciliation reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure migrated data meets compliance and audit requirements.
3. Knowledge Transfer & Stakeholder Enablement
Help develop and manage the Knowledge Transfer (KT) plan, including coordinating:
o SME availability
o KT session schedules
o Documentation and artefact updates
4. Cutover Planning & Execution
Assist in preparing the cutover playbook, including:
o Parallel run plans where applicable
o Go/No Go criteria
o Rollback procedures
o Resource and coverage planning
Participate in coordinating live cutover execution with cross functional teams to ensure smooth transition
