We are hiring a skilled Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves network operations, security implementation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with managed service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)

Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki devices (switches, APs, firewalls)

Implement network security controls (ACLs, segmentation, firewall policies, 802.1X)

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

Support hybrid cloud networking (AWS/Azure, VPN, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute)

Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSP)

Handle incident management using tools like ServiceNow

Contribute to NOC operations (monitoring, alerts, escalation)

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Cisco Meraki

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN

Hands-on experience in network security (firewalls, ACLs, Zero Trust, 802.1X)

Experience with network monitoring tools

Exposure to AWS / Azure networking

Experience working with MSPs

Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Good to Have:

CCNA / CCNP / Meraki certifications

Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., CrowdStrike)

Knowledge of SASE platforms (e.g., Zscaler)

Experience in multi-site enterprise environments

Exposure to NOC operations
