Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our network infrastructure and strengthen cybersecurity defenses with advanced Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in network engineering with hands-on cybersecurity experience to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
2. Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
3. Implement and manage EDR solutions (e.g., Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum or equivalent) for proactive threat detection and response.
4. Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
5. Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to enforce security policies and regulatory standards.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and endpoint issues.
7. Document network architecture, security incidents, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 34 years of experience in network engineering and cybersecurity roles.
3. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
4. Hands-on experience with EDR platforms, SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
5. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.
6. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
