About Position:

A hands-on Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing and building scalable, cloud-native applications using Java/Spring Boot and AWS. The role involves developing APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems, while ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. You will work on complex enterprise platforms, collaborate with architects and senior engineers, and contribute to AI-enabled workflow capabilities such as automation, decision-making, and intelligent routing. The role also includes integrating AI/LLM-based features, ensuring compliance, and driving technical excellence across the platform.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core (C#) and modern frontend frameworks
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions
• Create responsive UI using ReactJS or Angular
• Work on cloud deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization (AWS/Azure)
• Follow best practices in coding, design patterns, and system architecture
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, UX) for end-to-end development
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, and full-stack development
• Solid expertise in building REST APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like ReactJS or Angular with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and cloud-native application development
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable code using design patterns and best practices (SOLID principles)
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and quality practices
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on scalability, performance, and system design
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams with effective communication skills
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), or a related technical field
• Masters degree (M. Tech/ MCA or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory
• Certifications in .NET, Azure, AWS, or relevant cloud/DevOps technologies are an added advantage
• Exposure to modern development practices (Full Stack, Cloud, Microservices) through academics or training is preferred
