Job Description

We are hiring an experienced NC Programmer Structural Parts to support aerospace manufacturing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience on Mastercam, handson exposure to MillTurn machining, and proven experience in the aerospace domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Create optimized NC programs for structural aerospace parts using Mastercam
• Develop toolpaths for 3axis, 4axis, and 5axis CNC machines including Milling & MillTurn
• Perform tool proveout on highspeed CNC machines and refine NC toolpaths based on FAI reports
• Validate programs using Vericut (mandatory) for collisionfree machining
• Prepare and maintain shopfloor setup sheets
• Work closely with shop floor teams on HMC and VMC machining centers
• Interpret engineering drawings, COS, and TO documentation
• Select suitable cutting tools and define machining parameters
• Machine aluminum alloys and optionally hard materials such as Titanium, Stainless Steel
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and support continuous improvements

NonNegotiable / Mandatory Requirements

• 515 years of NC Programming experience
• Aerospace domain experience is mandatory
• Mastercam expertise (musthave)
• Strong experience with MillTurn machining
• Handson exposure to 3/4/5axis CNC machining
• Vericut validation experience (mandatory)
• Strong machining fundamentals and shopfloor exposure
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings
• Willingness to work ONSITE in UAE (NONNEGOTIABLE)
• Candidates from India or any other country who can relocate to UAE can apply

Additional GoodtoHave Skills

• Experience with SolidWorks or ProE / Creo
• Experience machining hard materials (Titanium, SS)
• Familiarity with highspeed machining environments
