Influence is a founder-first PR, personal branding, and strategic communications consulting firm led by Shriya Mukherjee.

We work with startup founders, CXOs, investors, and growth-stage brands to build authority, visibility, and influence through media, content, storytelling, and digital presence.

This is not a traditional agency role.

You'll work directly on founder brands, podcast content, event coverage, social-first storytelling, PR campaigns, behind-the-scenes content, brand films, and high-impact visual narratives.

We're looking for a Multimedia Producer who can think like a storyteller and execute like a creator.

Someone who can independently handle productionfrom ideation to shooting to editingand isn't waiting for step-by-step instructions every day.

If you enjoy creating content that influences perception, builds authority, and drives engagement, you'll fit right in.

• Shoot and produce high-quality video content for founders, clients, events, podcasts, interviews, and social media.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, founder journeys, client success stories, and brand narratives.

• Edit reels, shorts, podcasts, interviews, testimonials, event videos, and branded content.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, animations, and visual enhancements.
• Deliver platform-optimized content with quick turnaround times.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning.
• Convert ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Develop concepts, shot lists, and production plans.

• Capture professional photographs for personal branding, events, campaigns, and social media.
• Handle basic retouching and image optimization.

• Manage shoots, equipment, production schedules, and content calendars.
• Maintain organized storage of footage, creative assets, and project files.
• Ensure deadlines are met consistently.

• Ensure all content aligns with client objectives and Influence's quality standards.
• Maintain consistency across multiple founder and brand accounts.
  

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
• Ability to independently shoot and edit content.

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, YouTube Shorts, and modern content formats.
• Ability to identify trends without blindly following them.
• Understanding of storytelling, hooks, audience retention, and content performance.

• Strong ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  

• 25 years of experience in content production, video editing, multimedia production, or digital media.
• Experience working with founders, agencies, personal brands, startups, or content creators.
• Portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing capabilities.
  

Within your first 30 days, you should be able to:
