Multi Skill Technician

Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple technical domains to ensure smooth functioning of facility systems.

About the Role:

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report to the supervisor.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives through proper upkeep of systems.

About You:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade.
• 3–5 years of experience in multi-disciplinary technical maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical circuits, plumbing systems, and HVAC operations.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and preventive maintenance practices.
