Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect Front Office to lead solution architecture, technical strategy, and delivery for CRM and customer-facing systems, primarily using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The role involves building scalable CRM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Front Office systems (Dynamics 365 CE / CRM)
• Define architecture principles, technical standards, and reusable patterns
• Drive solution delivery across integrations, customizations, and enhancements
• Work closely with business users and product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and compliance standards are met
• Guide teams on development best practices, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting
• Support estimation, POCs, technical roadmap planning, and deployment strategy

Our Expectations for the Role (Mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, especially in Dynamics 365 CE context
• Expertise in Plugins, C#, Actions, Custom Workflows
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate, system Customization, and Sales Process Flow, Optimization(Mandatory)
• Above-average knowledge of Canvas Apps is acceptable

• PCF Controls
• Azure Functions
• Power Pages
• Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
• 12+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles
• Strong Dynamics 365 CE hands-on expertise and strong understanding of customer journey processes
• Experience in enterprise integrations (API, middleware, data exchange)
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
