Job Summary

As a Motion Graphics Designer at NYX, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual storytelling and brand communication of an AI-first company.

You will work on creating visually compelling motion graphics, demo videos, product explainers, launch films, performance ads, social media creatives, and storytelling assets that simplify complex AI and marketing concepts into engaging visual experiences.

This role requires a strong understanding of motion design, storytelling, branding, product visualization, and digital-first content creation. You will collaborate closely with the founding, growth, product, and creative teams to create high-quality visual experiences that drive engagement, communication, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, product explainers, demo videos, social media content, performance marketing creatives, and visual storytelling assets
• Develop visually engaging content for product launches, investor presentations, brand campaigns, YouTube videos, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to translate concepts into impactful visual narratives
• Create animations, transitions, UI motion, and storytelling flows for AI products and platform demonstrations
• Work closely with illustrators, editors, designers, and growth teams to maintain brand consistency across all visual communication
• Plan project timelines, prioritize deliverables, and manage multiple concurrent creative projects efficiently
• Continuously experiment with new visual styles, AI creative tools, animation trends, and storytelling formats
• Ensure all creative output aligns with NYXs premium, futuristic, and innovation-led brand identity

Requirements

• 46 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and video production across agencies, startups, brands, or creative studios
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, product storytelling, brand films, digital campaigns, and animation work
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, or equivalent creative tools
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, transitions, storytelling, and visual communication
• Experience in creating product demo videos, UI motion graphics, performance marketing creatives, or technology-focused storytelling is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of Blender, Maya, AI creative tools, 3D workflows, or emerging design technologies is an added advantage
• Understanding of production workflows including storyboarding, camera angles, lighting, sound, post-production, and editing
• Ability to simplify complex technology concepts into visually engaging content
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills
• Passion for AI, technology, branding, storytelling, and digital-first content creation
