Were looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually striking storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong skill in conceptualising and executing motion-led content across digital, social, and video formats.

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms
• Edit videos with strong use of graphics, transitions, sound, and effects.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.
• Adapt static creatives into motion formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create content for social media, ads, and other digital assets.
• Optimise videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion work and storytelling ability.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual flow.
• Good sense of typography, colour, and composition in motion.
• Ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing nuances.
• Experience in creating GIFs, reels, and short-form content.
• Understanding of brand communication and campaign thinking.
• Ability to contribute to ideation, not just execution.
