What youll do

• Create high-quality motion graphics for short-form & long-form content
• Use Gen AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, etc.) to enhance visuals
• Turn scripts into engaging, retention-first videos
• Design clean, modern, high-impact visual systems
• Work closely with editors & writers to bring ideas to life

What were looking for

• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
• Solid understanding of design, animation, and pacing
• Hands-on with Gen AI workflows (not just experimenting)
• Someone who can own output end-to-end
