Role Overview-

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Designer with strong visual storytelling skills across static and motion mediums. The ideal candidate should have experience in both graphic design and video/motion editing, with the ability to create compelling marketing assets for digital campaigns, thought leadership content, brand communication, and social media.

This role requires someone who can bring ideas to life through engaging designs, motion graphics, short-form videos, animated social creatives, infographics, eBooks, and research reports while maintaining strong brand consistency.

  • Signage and display creatives
  • Marketing collateral
  • Create visually engaging:
  • eBooks
  • Research whitepapers
  • Infographics
  • Case studies
  • Sales decks and presentations
  • Edit and produce motion graphics and videos for:
  • Social media campaigns
  • Brand marketing initiatives
  • Product and event promotions
  • Thought leadership content
  • Create animations, transitions, and dynamic visual elements for digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into impactful visual narratives.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all formats and channels.
  • Manage creative assets and contribute to improving internal creative workflows.
  • Stay updated with current design, animation, and social media trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or Visual Communication.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Figma
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Motion graphics
  • Video editing
  • Animation principles
  • Multimedia design for digital and print
  • Experience creating engaging social media content with motion elements.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint presentations and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Interest in design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience in photo manipulation and retouching.
  • Illustration skills are a strong plus.
  • Ability to conceptualize creative campaigns and think out of the box.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and content-driven design is a plus.
