Were looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 5 years experience who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and high-performing video content. This role requires a strong blend of design, video editing, motion graphics, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance creative output and efficiency.

• Create engaging static creatives for digital platforms (ads, social media, branding)
• Edit high-quality videos for performance marketing, social media, and campaigns
• Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video content
• Use AI tools for image and video generation to accelerate creative production
• Integrate AI-generated assets seamlessly into final creatives
• Collaborate with creative strategists, marketers, and team members
• Translate concepts into visually appealing, high-converting creatives
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs
• Support and guide team members when required

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Strong expertise in motion graphics (mandatory)
• Proficiency in the following tools:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with AI image & video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.)
• Strong understanding of how to integrate AI into creative workflows
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and contribute within a team environment

• Experience in performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Basic understanding of content strategy and audience behavior
