Motion Designer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an AI-Powered Video Editor & Motion Designer to create high-performing social-first video content by combining strong editing craft with modern generative AI workflows. The role focuses on editing and elevating UGC-style content for social media and performance marketing while maintaining premium beauty aesthetics and strong storytelling quality. The candidate should also contribute to cinematic and editorial brand storytelling across campaigns, product films, and launch content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social-First Editing & Performance Storytelling

Edit high-performing UGC-style videos across Instagram, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.

Craft strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, and visual rhythm optimized for engagement and conversion.

Transform raw creator footage into polished, premium content.

Brand Storytelling & Editorial Content

Create visually refined edits for product storytelling, campaign films, and launch videos.

Contribute to visual tonality, sequencing, pacing, and emotional storytelling.

AI-Led Video Creation & Motion Design

Use AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Hailuo, Firefly, etc.

Build structured prompting workflows and maintain visual consistency.

Motion Graphics & Post-Production

Create motion graphics, typography, effects, sound integration, color correction, and finishing. Creative Collaboration & Content Thinking

Work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams.

Continuously explore emerging AI tools and workflows.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience:

57 years in video editing, motion graphics, or post-production.

Experience with social-first and performance-driven content.

Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or premium D2C experience preferred.

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro.

Familiarity with Blender or Cinema 4D is advantageous.

Experience with AI video-generation tools.

Competencies:

Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling.

Excellent visual taste aligned with premium beauty aesthetics.

High ownership, execution speed, and attention to detail.
