PEP Schoolv2 is a Montessori-inspired IGCSE school network in Bangalore and Hyderabad from preschool to grade 10. PEP Schoolv2 exists because school needs a version 2. A model where learning is genuinely personalised, children are known deeply, and teaching is designed around how children actually learn.

We are looking for adults who are calm, observant, patient, and eager to grow in Montessori practice.

If you're ready to guide children between the ages of 2.5 and 6 years, in a prepared environment where they truly thrive at their own pace, were looking for you.

Montessori training is preferred, not mandatory. We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly, child-centred classroom
• Observe each child closely and respond to their developmental needs
• Present materials with care and guide children toward independence
• Support growth across language, math, movement, practical life, emotional and social development
• Communicate with parents
• Collaborate with the team and keep growing in Montessori practice

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Strong English communication
• Experience with young children preferred
