Mobility Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mobility Engineer specializing in Microsoft Intune to design, implement, and support secure mobile device and application management solutions within a financially regulated environment. This is a hands onon engineering role focused on iOS and Android mobility, mobile security, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong technical depth in Intune MDM/MAM, understands regulatory requirements common to financial institutions, and enjoys working closely with security, identity, and risk partners to deliver secure mobile access.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Engineer secure mobility solutions for corporate ownedowned and BYOD mobile devices.
• Configure and manage iOS and Android enrollment, device restrictions, and platform specificspecific configurations.
• Deploy, secure, and manage mobile applications, including app protection policies to safeguard corporate data.
• Integrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access to enforce secure mobile access.
• Configure mobile device certificate management policies
• Deployment of remote access solutions using Mac hardware
• Experience with JAMF to deploy security controls on Mac devices
• Partner with Information Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure mobile solutions meet financial regulatory and audit requirements.
• Monitor mobile device compliance and enrollment health.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex mobile enrollment, access, and application issues.
• Test and validate iOS and Android OS updates and Intune changes prior to production rollout.
• Develop automation and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures related to enterprise mobility.
• Familiarity with developing and testing mobile applications with physical devices would be a bonus.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands onon experience in enterprise mobility or mobile device management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM.
• Handson experience managing iOS and Android in an enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of mobile security, data protection, and identity basedbased access controls.
• Experience working in a regulated or compliance drivendriven environment (financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or government).
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting mobility solutions in financial institutions.
