• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django)
• Develop robust, high-performance REST APIs for consumer applications
• Architect systems that can handle real-time fan engagement at scale
• Implement caching strategies (Redis) to optimize speed and efficiency
• Work with AWS infrastructure (EC2, Auto Scaling, Load Balancers, etc.)
• Monitor, debug, and optimize production systems for reliability
• Collaborate with frontend, AI, product, and DevOps teams
• Ensure clean, maintainable code through testing and best practices
• Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and query efficiency
• Contribute to system architecture and long-term scalability decisions

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3 5 years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework
• Experience building scalable, production-grade APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystem, including:
• EC2 instance management
• Auto Scaling Groups (ASG)
• Application/Network Load Balancers
• CloudWatch, WAF, ElastiCache
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and server environments
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
