Role Description:

Role: Flutter App Developer

Experience: 1-2 years minimum

Location: New Delhi [On-site]

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Flutter App Developer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and delivering exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will own end-to-end Flutter mobile app development for both Android and iOS platforms using MVVM architecture.

You will work closely with Backend, Product, Design, and QA teams to build production-grade features, improve application performance, and contribute to the entire product development lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving real-world problems, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

As part of the team, you will use modern development practices and AI-powered developer tools to enhance productivity while building scalable, reliable, and maintainable mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Flutter mobile app development (Android & iOS) using MVVM Architecture
• Build production-grade features, not just UI screens
• Work closely with Backend, Product, Design, and QA teams
• Implement scalable state management using BLOC and Provider
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and third-party SDKs
• Improve app performance, app size, and crash-free rate
• Actively participate in feature planning, estimation, and release cycles
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Review pull requests and maintain high engineering standards
• Use modern AI developer tools to boost productivity
• Take ownership of features and independently drive them to completion
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance product quality, user experience, and engineering processes
  

• A few months of Flutter development experience through projects or internships
• 
  
• Experience working in a product-based company is preferred
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets and rendering
• Hands-on experience with state management using BLOC and Provider (mandatory)
• Understanding of navigation, dependency injection, and application lifecycle
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON
• Familiarity with Firebase (RTDB, Authentication, Crashlytics, FCM)
• Knowledge of app performance optimization techniques
• Solid experience with Git and GitHub workflows, including pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies
• Familiarity with Flutter, Dart, GetX, and Provider
• Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-powered IDEs
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Fastlane and GitHub Actions is a plus
• Experience with Play Store and App Store deployments is a plus
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to ship features independently
• Product-oriented thinking with a focus on user experience, performance, and stability
• Proactive approach to identifying and suggesting improvements
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly to improve development efficiency
