Desired Experience Range: 10 to 15+ Years

Location of Requirement: Bangalore

Required Skill: MLFlow, Docker, Kubernetes, PySpark, Azure databricks

Technical/Functional Skills:

• We are seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust machine learning infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role will bridge the gap between data science and engineering, enabling scalable, reliable, and efficient ML systems in production environments.
• MLFlow, Docker, Kubernetes, PySpark, Azure databricks
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana
• Databases & Storage: SQL/postgresql databases, data lakes

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

ML Infrastructure & Pipeline Development

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, preprocessing, training, validation, deployment)
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models
• Build scalable infrastructure for model training, serving, and monitoring
• Implement version control for models, data, and code (MLOps practices)

Model Deployment & Serving

• Containerize ML models using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Implement model serving solutions (REST APIs, batch processing, real-time inference)
• Optimize model performance for production environments
• Manage A/B testing and canary deployments for ML models

Monitoring & Reliability

• Implement monitoring solutions for model performance, data drift, and system health
• Create automated alerting systems for model degradation
• Design and implement model retraining pipelines
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security of ML applications

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Work closely with data scientists to productionize research models
• Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams
• Establish MLOps best practices and standards
• Document systems, processes, and architectures

Education: Ph.D/M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related streams.

Technical Proficiency:

• >5 years in MLOps, DevOps, or ML engineering roles
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to iterate quickly from experimentation to production-ready solutions.
