Role Overview

As an MLOps Engineer, you will help build and scale the infrastructure that powers machine learning and AI systems in production. Youll work closely with data scientists and engineers

to deploy, monitor, and improve models. This role is ideal for someone strong in engineering fundamentals who is expanding into ML systems and platform thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• ML System Deployment & Operations Data Workflow Management
• Deploy and maintain ML models in production (batch and/or real-time)
• Support reliable inference systems with attention to performance and scalability
• Collaborate with teams to move models from experimentation to production
• Work with data pipelines for training and inference
• Assist in data validation, versioning, and reproducibility efforts
• Collaborate on improving data quality and pipeline reliability
• CI/CD & Infrastructure Emerging AI Systems (Exposure)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflow s
• Manage infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform)
• Contribute to improving deployment reliability and automation
• Help evaluate outputs for quality, latency, and cost
• Learn and apply best practices for prompt and model management
• Monitoring & Observability Collaboration & Improvement
• Monitor model performance, system health, and data quality
• Implement logging, alerting, and basic drift detection
• Support debugging and incident resolution for ML systems
• Partner with data scientists, backend engineers, and product team s
• Contribute to internal tools and documentation
• Continuously improve workflows and adopt new tools where appropriate

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have Skills :

• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building and maintaining production systems or APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL and data pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Airflow, Spark, or similar is a plus
• Experience deploying or supporting ML models in production
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalents)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Hands-on with Docker; exposure to Kubernetes is a plus
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice to Have Skills :

• Familiarity with MLflow, DVC, or experiment tracking tools
• Experience with streaming systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
• Understanding of data validation or feature stores
