MIS- Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting

Develop, maintain, and automate regional MIS dashboards and performance reports.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to regional and central leadership.

Analyze key business metric and provide insights to support decision-making.

Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasts for operational KPIs.

2. Data Management & Analytics

Design and implement efficient data collection systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sources.

Work closely with IT and business teams to improve data quality, structure, and accessibility.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Support regional projects with data-backed recommendations and business cases. 3. Process Improvement

Automate repetitive reporting tasks using BI tools, Excel macros, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Standardize reporting templates and processes across locations.

Develop and maintain documentation of MIS processes, definitions, and data sources.

4. Stakeholder Management

Partner with regional and central teams including Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to align MIS deliverables.

Communicate insights effectively to senior management through presentations and reports.

Provide data-driven support for regional business reviews and performance discussions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
