Job Title: Millwork Modeler (2D AutoCAD Shop Drawings)

Location: Chennai, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

We are looking for skilled Millwork Modelers with strong experience in preparing detailed 2D shop drawings for cabinetry, casework, joinery, and custom furniture components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on production/fabrication-level drawings rather than concept or visualization-based interior design work.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D millwork shop drawings using AutoCAD

Develop cabinetry, casework, joinery, and furniture production drawings

Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into fabrication-ready documentation

Create section details, assembly drawings, and cut lists

Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure drawing accuracy

Maintain drawing standards and documentation consistency

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory)

Experience in millwork / cabinetry / casework / joinery drawings

Hands-on experience with shop drawings and fabrication drawings

Understanding of modular furniture and woodwork detailing

Ability to read architectural drawings and convert them into execution drawings

Good to Have:

Experience working on architectural millwork projects

Exposure to international (US / UK) millwork standards

Experience preparing production drawings for manufacturing teams

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in cabinetry detailing, modular furniture drawings, joinery detailing, wardrobe/kitchen shop drawings, or architectural millwork drafting will be preferred.
