Position: S/4 HANA Migration Consultant PL/SQL (HANA)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Salary: Up to 1.3 Lakh per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented S/4 HANA Migration Consultant PL/SQL (HANA) to support enterprise-scale SAP S/4 HANA migration and integration projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle databases, PL/SQL development, ETL processes, and enterprise system integrations.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration, optimal database performance, and successful deployment across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and scripts for SAP S/4 HANA migration projects
• Perform database migration activities while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization
• Design, build, and support ETL workflows using Informatica or similar ETL tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather and understand requirements
• Support system configuration, deployment activities, integration testing, and UAT processes
• Troubleshoot migration and integration issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices
• Assist in performance tuning, query optimization, and database monitoring
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in database development, migration, and integration projects
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
• Experience working on SAP S/4 HANA migration projects
• Good understanding of ETL processes and tools such as Informatica or equivalent
• Knowledge of Shell scripting and/or Python
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and enterprise infrastructure environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise migration programs
• Exposure to SAP integration environments
• Familiarity with performance tuning and database optimization techniques
• Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced project environments
