Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating and manage end to end projects. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Experience in boutique Architecture & Interior design firms is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall design ownership of your projects
• Meet with client to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Prepare design concepts & presentations for clients
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team
• Create client estimates and finalise material selections
• Execution Project schedule and tracking
• Research ability on new materials & design trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Arch. or B.Des or Diploma
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a reputed design firm
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Canva, Sketchup, enscape and MS office
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute.
• Vehicle is a must
