Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Microsoft Technical Lead specializing in Microsoft Modern Workplace (MWP) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end solution delivery including Proof of Concepts (POCs), implementation, migrations, and overall technical leadership. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills along with the ability to manage complex projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.

Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) for Microsoft MWP products.

Drive implementation and migration projects including Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.

Provide end-to-end ownership of complex enterprise projects.

Ensure governance, compliance, and security best practices are implemented.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimal solutions.

Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and documentation.

Troubleshoot critical issues and provide escalation support.

Mentor and guide technical teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

12+ years of IT experience with focus on Microsoft MWP solutions.

Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune.

Strong experience in migrations, deployments, and enterprise implementations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of managing complex projects independently.

Certifications:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate.

Security, Compliance, and Identity certifications.

Other MWP product certifications.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Experience with hybrid environments and identity solutions.

PowerShell or automation scripting experience.
